Additionally we often offer Special Deals which can be half price or less. However, if you find the same item available cheaper on another Website or in another store in Australia, we will not only match their price, but we will offer you an additional deduction equal to 10% of the difference. This offer is subject to the following conditions.

*  The other website or store must be within Australia only
*  This offer does not apply to any auction sites
*  The item must be available, in stock, for immediate purchase and delivery from the other website or store
*  The price of that item is a published price, either on the item in the store, on the website or advertised
*  This price matching offer does not apply to shipping charges
*  Rainchecks are not available if and when we do not have the item in stock.
*  This offer only applies to retail quantities.

Because, in some rare cases the other website or store may be selling the item below its cost price, either as a sacrificial draw card or to offload an unwanted line, we reserve a final right of refusal as to our Price Matching Offer. 

To request a price match, please send your request via email or fax indicating the complete identifying details of the item, such as Brand, Model, Size, Colour, etc., and the price that the item is being offered at and by whom and where.  Also include all your own contact details so that we may get back to you quickly and easily. Only written requests can be accepted.
