Shipping

Purchases are usually processed and shipped the same day. However, orders that are received late in the day may be processed and shipped the next business day.

Within Australia we generally ship via Registered Australian E-Parcel Post except for very small items or for overseas orders where we generally ship via Australia Post / Airmail. However, occasionally, or for special circumstances, we may use another courier. Shipments via E-Parcel Post or other couriers allows you to follow the progress of your delivery online using the Link and Registration or Consignment Note number that we will communicate to you after dispatching your order.

If you have already registered and are logged in, your shipping details will be automatically known and the shipping cost and total cost will be indicated in the Shopping Bag. If you have not registered or logged in, you will need to indicate the destination in the Shopping Bag for these costs to appear.

The total shipping cost for your purchase is determined automatically by the heaviest item in your order and is equal to the shipping cost of that item alone and includes shipping, handling and insurance (for parcels over 500gm). All/any other purchases in the same order are shipped free of charge. However, for some shipments and/or for some destinations, it will be necessary to obtain a quote. If this is the case, you will be informed during checkout to contact us for a quote. Your order will be placed on hold, so that you can retrieve it later. Once you have received our quote, you can log back in using your password (if you have already registered your details) and proceed back to your Shopping Bag. You can then enter the quoted shipping cost into the appropriate box and then proceed to checkout to finalise payment. However, for most orders to most destinations, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.

Small Items and Spare Parts 
Shipping of very small items and spare parts is via Australia Post and Air Mail to overseas destinations and does not include insurance. The postage cost for these items and spare parts within Australia is between $4.00 & $8.00 (usually $6.50), while New Zealand is usually $7.50, Asia/Pacific region is usually $9.00 and the rest of the world is usually $11.00. Some small parts are a little cheaper and a few slightly larger parts may be a few dollars more. The Total Shipping Cost for all items weighing less than 500gm to All destinations will be calculated automatically. For special courier services or if insurance is required, contact us for a quote. Remember that if you are purchasing any other cookware or heavier item at the same time, these smaller items or parts will be shipped Free of Charge and for Australian destinations, insurance will then be included (see below).

Shipping in Australia
For all shipments within Australia, the shipping cost includes postage, handling and insurance. All shipments to WA are capped at $10.00 per shipment. For the remainder of Australia, shipments of most kitchenware items will generally be around $10 to $12, while most pressure cookers will be between $12 & $16 for most of Australia (Tasmania & Northern Territory, a few dollars more). For the Hawkins 22L pressure cooker, the Total Shipping Cost will be between $19 & $29 depending on the destination.

Shipping Overseas
If you are from New Zealand or the Asia/Pacific Region and are purchasing only one item of cookware of less than 2kg shipping weight, the Shipping Cost will be calculated automatically but does not include insurance. For all other overseas orders, or if insurance is required, you will need to contact us for a shipping quote. Please indicate the shipping destination and the shopping list contained in your Shopping Bag when you Contact Us via email.
